Want to hardtail your 1988-2007 Honda Shadow VT600 but don't have access to a bender? This is the kit for you. As seen in the Quarantine Bobber episodes on our YouTube channel, this kit allows you to cut your OEM frame and slide these in place, no slugs needed. Made from .120" wall DOM tubing made right here in the USA for maximum durability.
As seen in the episode, I used a piece of square tubing to get the height set right to weld these pieces in place (not included). This will also set your initial height before burning in the new frame rails. When making your cuts on the frame, leave approximately 3 - 3.5" of frame from the axel mount plate as well as the tank mounting bracket. It is also suggested to drill and plug weld holes around the frame.
